Time for another contest entry! Due to rather bad condx Uwe, DL3BQA, was going to take part as SOSB20. I wanted to do a pseudo SOAB again, i.e. all bands except 20 m, but some interference between 40 and 20 m as well as me tx’ing on 80 m and Uwe’s PA seeing it as reflected power on 20 m prohibited any activity on the low bands. Need to solve it some time in the future … Thus only an SOSB15 entry left, even being already quite down on the road into sunspot minimum …
Condx were better than anticipated on Saturday with 540 QSOs and a reasonable JA opening (120 QSOs) in the morning as well as good propagation into North America (220 QSOs) in the afternoon … even worked a few U.S. West Coast guys! 🙂 By contrast Sunday was really bad with just 230 QSOs, only a handful of JA and just 2 or 3 Florida stations – that being all from NA! 🙁
