Before packing everything this morning (yes, my yearly “ES holiday” is over again, sigh) I took advantage of a quadruple hop ES opening into Japan. CW sigs were all too weak but there was plenty of activity on JT65! Unfortunately only one QSO made as I’m currently only QRP on 6 m. Saw decodes from about a dozen different Japanese but couldn’t make it through the JT65 pileups. 🙁 Nevertheless glad to catch my only 2nd ever JA opening on 6 m and to at least have worked another new square. 😉
